We used Debbie and Larry for two home purchases in the past year. We have always been pleased with their prompt responsiveness-they even tracked down the former owners of our home on a Friday evening when we needed a passcode for an old security system that was sounding an alarm! Debbie willingly missed dinner several evenings to meet us after work for showings; she even drove us to Odessa to get our vehicle after closing. Words cannot express the true blessing I received when I was connected with Shari on Zillow. As a first time homebuyer, I was so extremely nervous when looking at buying a new home. Couple that with the fact that I had to buy a house sight unseen in this market, I was downright terrified. But then, after contacting a listing on which the Hatfields were the listed agent, I was connected with the true angel that is Shari. She, I kid you not, toured and took pictures of 12 different homes for my fiancé and in the course of ONE WEEK!!!! As a first time home buyer, I am very pleased and satisfied with the quality of service Shari and Debbie provided. They had a quick response time anytime I had a question, wanted to visit a house, or needed to modify a document, they are both very knowledgeable about the local market and always gave me their honest opinion and advice to let me make my own informed decision. They made the whole process easy and convenient by working around my work schedule to schedule house viewings, providing contacts for any other services needed (inspections, plumbing, repairs, insurance, etc...), estimates, online signing of documents (if preferred).
