Here's what you need to know about Larry Hatfield, though I could say much more. When we met Larry at the abstract office to sign our closing documents (Larry not only helped us sell our old home, but also served as our realtor for purchasing our new home), everyone in the office - there were dozens of people walking in and out - EVERYONE knew his name, and spoke of him with respect. He made sure we were comfortable, that we knew what we were signing up for, and reassured us when a minor hitch occurred. Then, after we had completed the transaction, he gave our children gift cards to their favorite stores, to help them make the transition to a new home. Though there are many other services that Larry provided for us, helping us through innumerable obstacles and challenges, that day at the abstract office sticks in my memory most. If we have it our way, we'll never use another realtor - Larry's our guy.
